One of the big  offshore fabricator in Indonesia and in the world requires proficient, efficient and highly motivated individuals for the following positions : 

1. Construction Manager

• Minimum 10 years experience in offshore construction as a construction manager
• Possess Undergraduate degree and/or possess relevant experience
• Overall technical manager for project construction
• Responsible for management of all construction and coordination activities in an EPIC project or involving fabrication and or marine installation, such jacket, platform, top side
• Manage the day to day construction management of the project, provide direction to the project construction team and make decisions in pursuit of the project objectives
• Be Familiar with and fully understand HSE policies, philosophy and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, philosophy and procedures
• Lead employess through example

2. Project HSES Manager

• Minimum 8 years experience as project HSE manager/Project Senior lead on EPCI pr equal
• Possess Undergraduate degree and/or possess relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work with a wide range poeple both at the font line and in a corporate environment at senior level
• Strong in english
• Positive and mature personality
• Qualified in HSES and certified by an international recognized course provider
• Should be able to work as part of a team
• Strong leadership
