-- The IMF Resident Representative Officer in Jakarta is recruiting an ECONOMIST, whose main responsibility will be monitor economic developments in Indonesia. Identify emerging policy issues and undertake economic research.

In performing these tasks, the Economist will be expepected to foster and maintain good working relationships with private and public sector officials and have the capacity to work under tight deadlines.

Applicants should have a graduate degree in economics and 2 years of relevant professional experience. Excelent english language skills -oral & written- and an ability to work independently as weel as in a team environment will be important selection criteria.
